1) Everyone that signs up for a service at Tower of Power Free Hosting *MUST* use it for their website. Any sites that are found to use their account for storage purposes only will be deleted. 

2) No adult sites of any kind are allowed to host on the Tower. 

3) Tower of Power Staff reserves the right to remove accounts for spamming, or misusing 69Megs.com resources or bandwidth in any manner. 

4) We will NEVER send you any bulk email (spam) or sell your contact information to any other companies.
