HURRAY FOR CLASSES!!!

Quarter One
  • Band-there's not much to say here. We usually just sit and play music. This is directed by Mr. Ivers. He also does Marching Band.
  • Choir-same here. We sing a lot. I am more actively involved here then in band. This is conducted by Mrs. Christianson, also my R20's conductor.
  • Algebra III-a very advanced algebra class. It is pretty much pre-calc. This was taught by Mr. Johnson, also my former golf coach. Now he just coaches the girls.
  • Sociology-this class was taught be the famous teacher of the year, Mr. Gary Grabau. He is probably my favorite teacher in the school. We learned a lot about society and it's problems.
  • LUNCH-I eat during this class.
  • Chemistry-we learned how to blow up air and other neat explosions. I think that this was probably one funnier classes that I have taken during my high school career. This was taught by Mr. Walker.
  • Quarter Two
  • Band-same as above.
  • Choir-same as above.
  • Algebra III-same as above.
  • Econ. and Gov.-this class was also taught by the famous Mr. Grabau. It deals with the many forms of governments and economies. Socialism, Communism, Democratic, and many others.
  • LUNCH-same as above.
  • Chemistry-same as above.
  • Quarter Three
  • Band-same as above.
  • Choir-same as above.
  • Psychology-this was a great class about the human brain. This was taught by Mr. Nordbe, the longest serving teacher here. We will all miss his long stories and other such nonsense.
  • Focus on Lit.-this was a entertain English class taught by Mrs. Ahmann. I liked this class because we got to study Shakespeare, my absolute favorite author of all time. We also got to dissect the book Animal farm, one of my favorite books.
  • LUNCH-same as above.
  • Cisco-this was one of the hardest classes that I had ever taken. It was taught by Mr. Ochoski. In this class we sort of learned how computers network with eachother. Though I was disappointed by the lack of hands-on work.
  • Here he is in all his glory, Mr. Jones. He is always willing to help a student. He's such a nice man.
    Quarter Four
  • Band-same as above.
  • Choir-same as above.
  • Writing for College-This class is crazy. We write about 2 papers a week. This is taught by my favorite English teacher ever, the odd, Miss. Bjornebo. This class is so challenging, I expect to be able to write like a bat out of hell when all is said and done.
  • Desktop Pub.-This is a new class being taught by Mr. Jones. There's not much to say about yet. So far we have just been learning how to use a certain Adobe software, so we really haven't gotten into the fun stuff yet.
  • LUNCH-same as above.
  • Web Page Design-This class rules! I love to surf the web, so being able to make the pages that are out there is just that much more satisfying. This class is also taught by Mr. Jones. This site, in fact, is are first project for him.
